Potato Chips... Yay or Nay?

Many people I know, LOVE potato chips (really who can resist that crunch?).  I have found a wonderful alternative for my family; Garden Veggie Straws (or Chips).  These things are AMAZING!  They have that wonderful crunch and the taste is DELISH!  The Zesty Ranch Veggie Straws taste like Ranch Potato Chips. One thing that I love is that I can say the name of every ingredient.  I am not tongue tied trying to spit the words out.  I have recently found that Costco is now carrying boxes of the individual packages so that it's easy to grab and go when you are in a rush or when you might be tempted to eat the entire large bag (I would never do that...lol).  Today it was my afternoon snack to help satisfy my craving for something crunchy.
