4 medium tomatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Heat oven to 450. Cut tomatoes and place cut side up on baking sheet. Sprinkle with spices and Parmesan then drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 10 minutes.
