Whole fat, reduced fat, fat free....choices

In the world of weight loss so many times we are encouraged to eat reduced fat or fat free but have you ever thought "what are they putting in there to replace what they are taking out"?  I question that all the time.  So I've decided that while I am doing Weight Watchers and counting points that I will be eating the whole fat and count my points.  Along with that I will be eating more fruits and veggies to fill up.

I love having a cup of coffee in the morning but I find most creamers have additives in them that I can't even pronounce!  That is why I love the Coffee Mate Natural Bliss, I actually know what the ingredients are!  :)


So this morning I realized on my way back home from dropping little man off at school that I hadn't eaten breakfast yet.  (Why is it that we as moms often forget about ourselves?!)  So I decided to have a bagel - it just sounded good.  I only used a small amount of cream cheese I also made the decision to have some orange slices with it.  Normally I would have just had the bagel slathered in cream cheese with nothing else.  As I was making this I reached for a 2nd cup of coffee & made the choice to have a cup of tea instead.  


Life is about choices...food is about choices.  Time to make the right choices!
